Giovinco has not got 5 starbskills on fifa 13
You are right.
In fact, he had 5 star skills on the beginning of FIFA 13 but, after an update, EA Sports decided to change his star skills.

It’s kind of disappointing that they didn’t leave giovinco with his 5 star skill moves. I know El Shawaary is likely going to have 5 Stars in Fifa 14, but as of Fifa 13, there are no 5 star skilled Italian players. Since Italy is such a strong football loving country, it’s surprising that EA “updated” giovinco like that.
Oh and by the way, they should make me at least a 4 star skill move player. I got much better.
