Well Manchester united have been spending more than the teams above them in list for last 2 transfer windows they broke the record for hhighest spendinspending done in a window there owner says they are still in good financial state and can spend top dollars. They are rumoured to be ready to spend abiabout 100 mil £ next summer yet liverpool, zenit have more budget i feel they must be given equal budget to atleast bayern or chelsea thethey have immense spending power and with Ferguson gone they seem willing to spend.. Its just my opinion
