EA Sports announced that the first TOTS will be released today

EA Sports announced that “are delaying the launch of TOTS until they can make some more important changes to ensure TOTS is the best it can be for you.”
It means that TOTS will not be released in the estimated date. You will need to wait, at least, two more weeks.

TOTS Release Dates for FIFA 15 Ultimate Team
Team of the Season joins the players who have played better on the whole season. Only TOTY cards are more expensive than these special blue cards. In this time of the year, thousands of players try their luck on packs, buy new teams or make a good profit.
This year, the TOTS is released later than in the previous FUT edition because there is no Men World Cup in 2015.
The first TOTS will be released at May 6th and the last one ends five to six weeks later.
TOTY cards are the only ones that can be better than the TOTS

Communities TOTS are squads of most consistent players that never were IF. There are three Community TOTS, each one of each type: gold, silver and bronze.
I thought ea sports said most consistent was coming out April 29th then regular tots following the week after on the 6th is this not the case?

There are no such thing as TOTS packs. The packs that will be released are the same ones that were released during TOTY, for example.
