It was not only a rumour. It is official: the Argentine Primera División will be included in FIFA 14.
Argentine Primera División Will Be Featured in FIFA 14
EA Sports has announced in the Gamescom 2013 that the Argentine Primera División Will Be Featured in FIFA 14. It is the second new league of FIFA 14. This follows the announcement that the Chilean Primera División and new Brazilian teams will also be included as fully licensed clubs in FIFA 14.
All 20 clubs in the first division will be playable in FIFA 14:

The addition of Argentine Primera División to FIFA 14 is a great news for everyone, specially those who love to find young talents in Career Mode. But the clubs will not be the only thing full licensed. For the first time, fans will be able to play in La Bombonera, home of Argentina’s Boca Juniors. You can see some pictures below.

Argentine Primera División it is the country’s premier football division and is at the top of the Argentine football league system. River Plate (35) and Boca Juniors (30) are the clubs with more titles.
