The top 32 FIFA 18 competitors in the world will converge on The O2 Arena in London, August 2-4, for the FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final. One of the world’s most popular music and entertainment venues will play host to the FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final 2018. The O2 in London will welcome the top 32 FIFA 18 players in the world from 2 – 4 August 2018.
The German international loves playing FIFA himself and is delighted to be representing the FIFA eWorld Cup 2018: “I have followed the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series throughout the year and I am really impressed by the performances of the Grand Finalists so far. In the group stage, there will be a set of two-leg matches with the best four players per group going through to the Round of 16. After the quarter-finals and the semi-finals, which will determine the best PlayStation and the best Xbox player respectively, these two will then go head-to-head for the title of the FIFA eWorld Cup Champion 2018. The Final Showdown will see one match played on the PlayStation and one on the Xbox, to see who is the best FIFA 18 player in the world, regardless of console.
The overall prize money for the FIFA eWorld Cup™ Grand Final will be 400,000 USD, distributed as follows:
