Each week of the TOTAL RUSH campaign introduces a new team of players inspired by the dream 5-a-side squads of top footballers. You’ll choose a Rush player to take into different Rush Events, where you and your friends can test your skills with fresh 5-a-side squads. In Rush, balance is key—every role is important, from the Inside Forward to the Falseback, with a simple pass or tackle being as valuable as a goal. As you select your player, focus on the balance between attack and defense to win more matches, earn Rush points, and unlock FUT rewards.
Throughout the two-week campaign, you can participate in Flash Rush Events with unique squad requirements and objectives that reward Player Picks and SP. Each week, compete for a special Total Rush Objectives player by completing challenges in these events. Flash Rush Events refresh every three days, beginning Saturday, October 12th.
Additionally, celebrate Alex Morgan’s incredible career with an End of an Era SBC, adding the legendary forward to your squad. With over 200 international caps, 100+ goals, and two world championships, Morgan is an all-time great. Lastly, keep an eye out for new World Tour: Spain players released weekly through Objectives during Total Rush.
In Total Rush, each 5-a-side squad relies on key roles to succeed. The Inside Forward brings pace, directness, and goals, dominating the wing like Lauren James, who excels at sprinting down the flank and finishing chances. The False 9, like Antoine Griezmann, thrives on movement and link-up play, pulling defenders out of position and scoring from late runs.
The Playmaker is the creative force, orchestrating attacks and controlling possession, much like Warren Zaire-Emery, who balances offensive creation with defensive duties. Finally, the Falseback provides cover and balance, operating like Trent Alexander-Arnold, distributing from deeper positions and offering defensive stability. Each of these players will be part of the Football Ultimate Team pool in their respective Total Rush squads.
